Martin (Marty) Ingels began his career in manufacturing and has experience with large and small companies within the paper, chemical, construction, and the electric power industry (including nuclear).
Marty has in-depth leadership experience in human resources, labor relations, organizational and leadership development, teambuilding, leader coaching, and organizational training.
Marty has served as head of HR for large and small companies, has sat as lead negotiator for multiple labor agreements, has led large scale organizational development efforts, and is certified in six sigma. These diversified skills and experiences have helped him achieve success in the consultant role. He understands each function in the organization and experience at all levels of the organization.
